Finally got Japanese to work on my laptop :'D mucho important cuz i've spent the last 2 days on campus. Like, the WHOLE day and still didn't finish my composition...
6 days ago I commented on a GDragon video on youtube saying he reminds me of Lady Gaga. I never say things rudely or anything, but I got so voted down that my comment is permanently hidden.. Which isn't the part that bugs me. The rub is how every other poster since then has been saying "I think he looks like lady gaga" or "Korean gaga" since then -_-"
wish youtube was more fair like lj, and managed their comments better.
OP DOES NOT APPROVE ;C this is slandering my original intentions. He doesn't LOOK like gaga you nubs, i was talking about stylistic similarities.

Alice Reboot/ Live Action Sequel
That's how I think of it... Did you know it was Disney? I didn't know it was Disney.
I've been actively ignoring it since there's so much freakin Johnny Depp EVERYWHERE.
I'm really just excited for Anne Hathaway. She's awesome~
Whups I procrastinated... I just started drawing and it became The White Queen. So I had to draw The Red Queen too.
It's ugly but it was fun. Drawing helps me SEE the costumes better, instead of just "looking". YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN???

New Firefox update :l
It's annoying how software completely stops working once there's a new version of it available for download. Then I HAVE to go and install it, cuz the old version completely doesn't work anymore. Is this normal?
Like, I always use a lot of tabs on my laptop and I put off updating stuff cuz I don't want to restart (part of why I always go to the library to do homework; it requires me to clear all my tabs when I'm done and I'm not looking up other stuff cuz I know I can't keep it when I leave). But then when I have to read a pdf, IT WON'T OPEN. When I need to use firefox, it says error there's already a firefox window open, close it or restart. When I restart, it still won't work. And then I remember AHH there was a prompt to install the new version yesterday. Shit, is that why this isn't working? [yes, that was why...]
And then the laptop camera completely stopped working on fb when we were taking pictures at New Years dinner. That was cuz BAM a new update for flash had come out and I didn't download and install it right at that second.
And Apple got in trouble for trying to sneak Safari into the itunes update. ABOUT FREAKING TIME. I'm always so paranoid when itunes needs to be updated, like, is there anything else they almost got me to install? And for a while i was wondering whether or not it meant a safari update for my ipod touch... but then the computer doesn't know I have an ipod touch! so i didn't think so...
anywho, new firefox has this thing with themes. It's stupid (why do ppl have to "make" and "submit" themes? we should just be able to set an image as our theme, like desktop wallpapers...), and it's clutter (half the themes I tried out made it so I couldn't see the buttons at the top).
With that said, I set a simple theme that makes my browsing experience more green.

Watched Gamer last night. It was a little boring. But identifying all the actors with other roles they've done was kinda fun, since a crapton of them was from tv. Sedgwick still freaks me out, her mouth and neck are creepy :(
IMDB says Gerard Butler owns a pug named Lolitta who was small enough to fit in his palm. I'm sad cuz I can't find any pictures from when she was that small. There's only pics of her being normal-pug sized. Pugs are so cool :D And there's something really awesome about big masculine guys with tiny, tiny dogs.
Haraguchi-sensei randomly gives out food, because the 8 o'clock Japanese class randomly gives her food...

been wearing a lot of leopard lately. HHMMM WONDER WHY.
Oh it's KG's birthday today :)

We ate KBBQ with him on Friday. SO FRIGGIN GOOD BUT. MY POOR WALLET. This place was good, cuz the sides were infinite refill... Ok next time I go I'm going only eat some of the meat and eat mostly sidesssss. Cuz you can box the meat anyway :P hurhur im such a cheap person~

It looks gross until you realize they're cute slippers. The other pair of slippers is green too, they're on top of the compoopter.
the heat pack next to the fan I mentioned. As close as you can get to being opposites without being repetitive :D
newish rug in the upstairs bathroom. WHY WASN'T I TOLD. ;C
Oneesan to kimono. It looks good here but when it was time to dress other people at the Lunar Festival I ttly failed :( I awkwardly molested people for an hour... im so bad at tying the obi and scrunching the kimono up, which is really all there is to it O-o
I like Kerns and all, but this one looks gross. I can't even fathom the flavor D:<

btw, I'm giving up the f, the b, and the s words for lent. This is easier than "lose 15 pounds" so hopefully it'll last longer than my new year's resolution :D

Woke up at 630.
I would've been proud of myself for getting up so early, but then again i was completely worthless for the last three days... aaaaaah so much homework to do! And no one freaking understands you, Clifford Geertz. Stop trying to sound smart in your writing!

It's cold! I wish the electric blanket was more of a blanket than a heated plank, its too stiff to use as a wrap. so I made coffee, even though I'm totally awake and just brushed my teeth.
I love instant drinks. Even though they're probably bad for me in the long run... Who wants to live that long anyways? And people my age are out drinking way worse stuff! You can have your beer and the intoxicated befuddlement that comes with it, I prefer the awakeness conferred by 3-in-one coffee :P
ok time to buckle down and git'er done..

Career Fest スタート!!
(This.. This is "business casual"?!!??)
Yes.. So I went to the Writing Panel today, as well as the Undergraduate Business Assoc.'s panel. They weren't ground-breakingly inspiring or anything but I got some good info and I guess it was worth two hours of my time hahah. I'm not sure what I want to do after college, so the best advice I got today was to just get out there and DO. Think about it later, or never, since it might be better that you don't hahah.
btw I dread the word "networking." Socializing is not my forte, and definitely not forced-socializing-for-ulterior-motives :(

the "good" from today is that I ate hot pot! and saw KG after a loooong time! He didn't hug back though :( I think cuz I was making him miss the bus...

Yay I finally started a new blog!
I've been wanting to make a blog about all the happy things i encounter in my day-to-day life. And now I've done it! Heheheh at the expense of doing homework...
Well, to keep things happy here, I'm going to try to make it mostly pictures. Time to improve my photography skills too!
As you may know, I love the color green! And I'm happy that US money isn't just green anymore, the association wasn't cool :( I don't like money.

Lately, I've been dressing like a pajama fairy... I blame midterms...
this is the necklace.. it's a coin with an image of Queen Elizabeth, a key, and an airplane.
This necklace always reminds me of travel~
And these are green button earrings Prue got me. Thanks!
I'm afraid I'll break them if I pull too hard though ahaha. Oh well, hot glue guns can fix anything, right?!?
